We are committed to providing the safest environment possible before, during and after photoshoots for our clients and ourselves. In addition to following local and provincial guidelines public health guidelines, we are taking every extra step to make sure our clients can relax, feel safe and enjoy this collaborative process to achieve amazing results.

 

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

This studio is located on the second floor of a small office building. We have air purifiers in the studio as well as two windows that will be kept open to allow fresh air circulation and airflow. 

 

The studio will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each client with approved sanitizing products. High touch areas will be frequently cleaned. Washrooms will be periodically disinfected as well throughout the day

 

Shoots typically only consist of the photographer and client, and makeup artist if one is requested. A distance of at least 6 feet will be maintained at all times (except during makeup application). The photographer will be wearing a face-covering at all times.

 

We ask there only be one client in the studio at a time, please don't bring additional family or friends to the shoot. Children will be allowed one parent/ guardian only to accompany them to the shoot.

 

We no longer have a waiting area inside the studio. We ask that you call or text 416-917-1064upon your arrival. Wait in your car and we will let you know when the studio is safe to enter.

 

We have a sanitization station when you enter the studio. We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering. Please bear this in mind when packing for your shoot. If you are coming in for headshots please only bring in the specified wardrobe options. If coming in for headshots, you will only need to bring in top options ONLY. No pants/shoes necessary unless otherwise specified by your photographer. Please only bring in a few options to choose from. We ask that parents of children being photographed wear a mask at all times while in the studio. You are free to wear your own or one will be provided if you do not have one with you. 

 

We will be asking you a set of COVID-19 related questions prior to your shoot. If they have not been answered you will need to answer before entering as a screening measure.

 

If you are feeling unwell or have come into contact with anyone who has tested positive within the last 14 days we ask that you please stay home and reschedule your shoot. 

 

All shoots must be paid in full via email transfer or credit card prior to arrival. No cash or payment methods will be taken in studio.

 

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR SHOOT IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WITH COVID-19 OR SIMILAR SYMPTOMS. 

 

MAKEUP AND HAIR SERVICE 

 

All clients must arrive for their session camera ready, having done their own makeup and hair prior to arriving at the studio. Although a professional artist is not required it is highly recommended. There will be no outside/non-approved artists allowed in the studio due to strict COVID Measures/protocols.

 

Full detailed instructions will be sent on doing your own hair and makeup for your shoot should you choose to forgo an artist. There will also be a touch-up station that will be clean and disinfected before and after each client should you need to do touchups. You will need to provide your own products for touchups.

 

If choosing to have your makeup professionally done by our artist in studio please know they will be strictly adhering to all health and safety guidelines and sanitizing protocols to ensure your safety as you'll be in close proximity and will have to remove face-covering for application.

Makeup Artists are required to wash hands before each client in addition to wearing a level 3 medical mask, face shield and gloves at all times.

Makeup products and tools undergo a sterilization process of using 70% or above alcohol to kill any virus. Disposable tools will also be used whenever possible to reduce any risk of cross-contamination.

 

 

 

 

The studio will be thoroughly sanitized, including all high touch hard surfaces before and after each appointment with high-grade disinfectant. This will including all, counters, clothing racks, door handles, change rooms and bathrooms.

Photographer will be wearing a mask at all times and will be frequently washing/sanitizing hands. The Photographers will also remain 2m apart from clients at all times and we ask clients respect and do the same.

No handshakes.

We are scheduling time between each appointment to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection between each client.

There will be NO makeup and hair service offered at this time due to the high risk and close contact needed for this service. We ask clients to arrive camera ready for there shoot and bring in there own product in case touch-ups are needed. A detailed list as well as a video will be provided to you to help you prep for your shoot.

Windows and Doors will be kept open to allow for fresh air movement in the studio.

We are taking every precaution and safety measure necessary to ensure that we are safe and that our clients feel safe.
